(1) Upon examination of the application received in accordance with section 4, if the necessary details or documents are found to be complete, within five days of receiving such details or documents, the industry registration body shall register the industry as per the request of the applicant and issue a certificate of industry registration in the prescribed format.
(2) When issuing the certificate of industry registration according to sub-section (1), in addition to other things, the following details should also be disclosed in the certificate:-
(a) Date of issue of certificate,
(b) the period within which commercial production or business is to be commenced,
(c) conditions to be complied with by the industry,
(d) Other conditions decided and prescribed by the industry registration body according to nature.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), in the case of micro-enterprises, an application for industry registration may be submitted to the industry registration body within one year from the date of operation of such industry.
